The 2015 Anthology Cabernet Sauvignon from Conn Creek presents ripe plum, cassis, and blackberry flavors complemented by baking spices from French and American oak. Subtle tobacco leaves extend into a soft and plush finish. The blend consists of 93% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Cabernet Franc, 3% Merlot, and 1% Petit Verdot, aged for 17 months in 45% new French and American oak.
