2019 Hoopes Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon 750ML (94 Points - International Wine Report)

Dave's Tasting Notes: Rich and Spicy

This Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of cedar chips, orange zest, and muddled raspberries. The palate offers a warm, rich welcome of freshly baked plum galette topped with ground nutmeg and toasted clove. The mid-palate bursts with a balance of fruit and savory spices, leading to a long finish of tobacco and plum.
