The 2019 Tesoro Red Blend from Muscardini Cellars is a Super Tuscan-style wine with a dark crimson hue. It opens with aromas of ripe berries and black fruits, interwoven with hints of vanilla, caramel, raw tobacco, leather, clove, blood orange peel, and roasted walnuts. The palate is rich and generous, featuring flavors of briary blackberry, dark cherry, ripe plum, cassis, and red pear, enhanced by nuances of wild sage, cinnamon, black pepper, dark chocolate, and fine oak. The smooth, velvety texture is balanced with bright acidity, supple tannins, and firm structure.
